BACKGROUND
The human body is a complicated and marvelous machine, comprised of many distinct
and separate parts that directly and indirectly affect one another. PTCS has simplified
how the human body works from the inside out, biomechanically & synergistically. This course will delve into functional static and dynamic movement assessments
to be used to analyze daily and sport specific movements, describing in detail notonly the anatomical and biomechanical influence, but what key variables to focus
on when performing a movement assessment. Understand normal vs. abnormal
movement, and learn how to correct dysfunctional movement patterns.
This course is offered to you in a distance-learning format providing advanced
continuing education to personal trainers. At the end of the course, there is a
practice examination that tests your comprehesnion of the material. Accompanying
the course is a study workbook, that provides you with the ability to enhance yourlearning through the use with another practice examination. The workbook also
simplifies this very detailed information even further. PTCS will send you the course
electronically and is available for immediate download after purchase.
