All of our Advisory Board members are special. Not only do they possess advanced training, credentials, and experience, but have come together and volunteered to support the mission of PTCS. Which is to create, enhance, and continually improve, whereby offering the highest level of continuing education material for massage therapists, personal trainers, physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in
the form of home study, live seminars, videos, DVD's, articles, Elearning courses, webinars and mentoring program.

Darian Parker, Phd, CPT
Dr. Darian Parker earned his Ph.D in Sports Education Leadership from the
Dr. Parker's educational expertise lies both in the hard science of the human body and psychology and in particular behavior modification. Additionally, Dr. Parker has both teaching and curriculum development experience in the vocational college and traditional university setting. Dr. Parker's philosophy both personally and professionally is to put people first. Dr. Parker believes that satisfying work and life pursuits are a product of serving others by meeting their basic social and emotional needs. While Dr. Parker enjoys the science related to the health and fitness business, his goal is to also focus on building meaningful and lasting relationships through fitness and wellness. Outside of work, Dr. Parker enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and practicing his hobbies of mixology and music production.
Paul M. Gallo, EdD., ATC, CSCS
Orlando Crance, MA, RSCC, CSCS, USAW
Orlando has been part of the fitness, sports and recreation industry for over 20 years;
during which he has fulfilled many roles including regional director, fitness manager,
educator and currently serving as a strength and conditioning coach of the player
development system for the New York Yankees. Over the years, he has acquired vast
Orlando graduated with a master’s degree from Columbia University in Applied Exercise Physiology where he focused on research in motor learning and control. He also investigated topics related to athletic performance, fatigue and pH balance. He completed his undergraduate degree from the City University of NY- Lehman with an emphasis in Recreation Management and Exercise with a minor in Nutrition. And is a certified and registered (CSCS-RSSC) strength and conditioning coach by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Sports Performance Coach by the US Olympic Committee (USAW).
His passion for learning has led him to always be involved in the advocacy of excellence both as an educator and a student. He is currently researching and writing in the topic of athletic development and is actively involved in the revision of publications and fitness equipment projects.
